RecommendedMinutes after arriving, I was treated with comfort! Everyone was very friendly, and Frank who took care of me was very professional! I did encounter a problem with the gift certificate my son bought for me, they had no record of it, but they were very nice about it. Lucky for me my son was smart and emailed me the receipt, so that helped them figure it out. Other than that it was a great experience and would love to go on a regular basis. Also I did the hot bamboo and stones, loved it!
