Update 11/2/2021 I can't express the problems any better than may fellow residents who have posted in the community page already. I am sharing their experiences anonymously. As a resident I have received NO compensation for this poor quality of life at the apartment complex which is shameful.

Thank you for your review, Kelly. We've had our plumbing vendor investigating and performing repairs for several different units experiencing this issue. We have plumbers on site today performing repairs for this issue as well. Unfortunately, the plumbing issues with the property are taking longer than expected to be resolved. I do appreciate the college students that work here they are very kind and have great customer service. The maintenance staff is great. But these apartments are really old you lose your deposit on everything and they wouldn't even do an in person walk-through with me once I moved out. They said I could wait up to seven hours for them to get to my apartment. Move out was horrible. These apartments just really aren't worth the price in my opinion.

I really enjoy living here, the staff and the amenities definitely make it a comfortable environment! The apartments are nice and spacious with the option of being fully furnished and close to on site amenities like laundry facilities and the pools. They also have giveaways and snacks offered to the tenants throughout the course of the quarter to help with exam season! Absolute SCAM, bait and switch practice - what they do is likely illegal. Oh, and the lease contains a BLANKET PHOTO RELEASE. My advice: READ EVERYTHING. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. And don't rent here. Set up for a complete lease takeover of some students who were never able to come due to COVID. This is the worst place to live. I would rate 0 star if I could. I lived here for the 2019-2020 school year and it was a nightmare. The room that assigned to me wasn't exactly as my expectation. The sink was leak, the door hinges got problem and make sound when opening and closing. However, I still accepted it because I don't want to lose $250 deposit. In the spirit of transparency, I don't live here, but my son has lived here for two school years, and I'm a guarantor on the lease. The first year was just okay. The second year has been a nightmare. There have been two leaks in the ceiling, the second occurring tonight, Friday, December 11, 2020. My son's roommate contacted me, asking if I could help get the emergency maintenance number, but the person who recorded it apparently doesn't know how to use a phone, as the number is garbled. We love our apartment here, very cozy and the outdoor space is amazing especially for the pup! The staff is always extremely accommodating and friendly, feels like home! Also in a great area, feels safe and close to campus/town! There was a couple issues upon move in similar to the other reviews here but it is my understanding that management switched right before I moved in and honestly they have been extremely helpful and found solutions to everything in a timely manner. Terrible apartment complex that preys on students. Unwilling to release students from current or future lease during Covid. Raised the rent and furniture charges for school year 2020-2021 during Covid. No ability to choose your actual apartment which bears little resemblance to the model that you are shown. Do not live here! RIP OFF! Let me start off by saying when my bf and I wanted to live together in 2018 they (Stephanie Fuhks) said they would charge "per bed" aka PER PERSON. So that means that we would pay extra rent because of an extra person...even though we were going to share the same bed. How ridiculous is that? I have a feeling that's how they found the loophole of not being able to raise rent a certain percentage per year.
