Francine was great! I was super nervous about having someone new cut my very thick and very curly hair. Only certain stylist can do curly hair - Francine is YOUR girl!! I searched and read review after review and looked at pictures - most other stylist have 5 years or less experience cutting curly hair - Francis has over 25!! And she’s a curly girl herself. She made me feel welcomed and settled my nerves right away! I already have my next appointment booked!
Francine is awesome! Very personable, easy to talk to and more than willing to teach. Very knowledgeable on curly hair, which is a rare find. She is the first stylist I have found that can style my curls and I don’t have to come home and redo it!!
Not being familiar with an area can be a little unsettling when looking for a hairstylist. This was a great experience from start to finish.Great area. Felt safe. Easy to find and has lots of parking. Each stylist has their own separate room so it’s private and quiet. Francine’s salón is located next to the lobby and has a large window so feels open. I was visiting the area and in need of a color touch up and cut. After searching thru reviews I decided on Francine. She is very knowledgeable, and asks a lot of questions so she knows exactly what you want as far as hairstyles. I’m very pleased. Wish I could take her back home, she did a better job than my stylist there!
Excellent! Went to Francine for highlights, low lights, cut and style. She took extra time to understand what I wanted and she explained her process throughout the service. Her skill and decades of experience were apparent. I’m so happy with the results and thrilled to have found my new stylist! Francine is also very friendly and a delight to chat with.
