Good price, good people, excellent experience. When I've called the maintenance crew for anything - anything - they've been quick, thorough, and kind. Special props for Alexander, the best of the bunch. The front office people are lovely, especially Alexia, Courtney, V, and Ashley, and our stay here has been great because of them. I have lived at The Timbers for the last several months. I absolutely love it. I have no complaints! The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They are the first complex that had a welcome basket of goodies for me when I moved in! Also, the maintenance staff is very friendly, prompt and does a great job of repairing things. The complex is maintained very well on the outside. They have a valet trash service that comes to your door to pick up your trash and recycling... it is so awesome not having to go to the recycle bin... read more

After 2 yrs of living at the Timbers I figure I'd leave a review. It's the best place I've rented at in Washington State. The front office crew is wonderful, as they have gone out of their way to provide great customer service. The views from the property are incredibly relaxing. It is a quiet community in a quiet part of town. A couple mins from all my favorite stores, hiking trails, and restaurants. Pricing is competitive. They are also remodeling so it's going to be even nicer.

If you're looking for an apartments that you want to have your back and want to see you succeed in life, this is the place you want to be. I was locked in my lease and I found a condo and they were willing to let me out my lease (even though I just signed) since the due date hadn't past. The condo thing fell through so I decided to stay at The Timbers, they said it's ok your due date hasn't past yet so there's nothing you need to do. Then the due date finally past now I'm locked in the lease for sure now. Four days later... read more

the application processes were very easy and strait forward. I had a very pleasant experience to work with Thadeus and Alexia from the management. the apartment was in very good shape at the time of my move in and i can strongly recommend this community

We lived here for exactly a year. We had a top floor which we required, knowing that apartments are noisy - just a fact. The apartment was quite beautiful, high ceilings that could handle our rather large artwork, and a walk-in closet in the master. THe master bedrooms here (at least in the 2x2's) was the biggest on the East Side for less than $2500 a month.
