Just picked up my van today. Customer service was great. Price was fair and turnaround time was faster than expected. Will update if I run into any issues with the rebuild, but I don't have a reason to believe they wouldn't take care of my vehicle if something does come up. Thanks again!
Had a total rebuild of my 1 ton work van transmission at the Garland shop in January 2024. I was very satisfied with the job, but after only. driving about 800 miles, it started making a whining noise. They were able to diagnose and replace the manufacturers defecive torque converter under warranty in just over 2 days and got me back to work with minimal downtime. Great place for repairs for all your powertrain needs. Mr. John is a great guy. They work with aftermarket, extended warranty companies. He’ll keep you updated on the progress and there and was pretty fast by my standard.
