Excellent Pig Roast! It was spectacular, as always! We had spotty showers and cooler temps yesterday, so they had a Plan B of serving indoors instead of by the tennis court, and they offered plenty of indoor seating. We ate outdoors by the pool. We only got rained on once, and we were fairly well protected by the table umbrella, so we didn't get soaked or have to race inside. A few kids were swimming briefly. We all enjoyed touring the Club. I guess I never realized the tennis court is clay. I suppose people have been p... read more
