RecommendedThe Vacation Company communicated very well with our Hilton Head house reservation this year as well as last year. Great service, friendly staff and takes care of your needs. The dryer was not heating and we notified them and within 24 hours we had a working dryer. Definitely would recommend.

Very responsive to all my questions as we worked through the Dorian challenge. Our unit was cleaned and ready to go upon arrival despite all the issues with housekeeping help availability. This was less than 48 hours after mandatory evacuation lifted. Have used them for years and they are always professional and respectful.
