RecommendedOur vacation home was neat, clean and updated. The only thing that would have made it better would be a screened in deck. Loved sitting out there in the morning and evening but the mosquitos made it impossible to stay very long. Convenient to a beach path (about a 5 minutes walk). There were more "starter" items than I expected but did need more toilet paper which we had taken expecting to need supplies of paper towels and dish detergent as well as toilet paper. Everything! So far everything has gone perfectly. The beach towels & complimentary starter items were really nice. All the information we needed was provided in advance of our arrival.

We were the first renters at 4 Shore Crest Lane. It’s a beautiful house with plenty of space for a large group. They had literally finished it the day we checked in. Due to that, we did have some issues but The Vacation Company was always pleasant to work with. When our internet went out on Father’s Day, they sent an IT person over after hours to fix it. First time on Hilton Head Island and we were very pleased with the Vacation Company. Customer service on the phone before we arrived was very pleasant and helpful. They even sent us a whole packet of information about the island. The house, 4 Urchin Manor was great for our family of 17. We had an issue with the ice maker and a repairman was sent in a timely manner.
