These folks were the easiest company we have ever dealt with making vacation plans. Our trip was last minute due hurricane Florence wrecking havoc on Emerald Isle NC. We made our reservation on a Thursday and arrived on Saturday. The house was ready ahead of time and we were notified by text. Everything was seamless with bikes already parked at the house. We cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of this group of people.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Every part of the check in process was a breeze. Provided lots of helpful information for first time visitors to HHI.
Our family had an awesome experience. We really enjoyed our week at 25 Ruddy Turnstone. When we asked for needed information about the bikes, we found everyone to be very helpful.
First trip back to Hilton Head in about 24 years. We forgot how beautiful it is. Our accommodations at Captains Walk were perfect for our family. Can’t wait until next time. The Vacation Company service was outstanding. They sent emails almost daily making sure everything was good.
Our family had to change our vacation plans last minute, and The Vacation Company went above and beyond to help us find a home. Great customer service. Would highly recommend them.
