RecommendedMy mother, Evelyn Banks, was so blessed to be a resident at The Veranda in Carnesville. She was surrounded by care givers and staff that really loved her. Mandi Head was one of her favorites and she always smiled when Mandi would come into her room. We will forever be grateful for the love and care that Mandi and all the staff gave to my Mom.

My Mom has been at the Veranda a year this past February. I have always been very pleased with the care she has received! I appreciate the extra mile they have gone in keeping the residents safe with the Covid 19. Sarah Strickland and her staff are very competent, caring people and have always kept me informed with things pertaining to my Mother. The Veranda is a inviting, homey and clean atmosphere where the residents are catered to daily. I would recommend The Veranda to everyone!
This is my personal story. It came a time in my Mother’s life that she could no longer stay by herself. This was a hard time for her and for me. She loved her home. I went to visit The Veranda one day they did not know that I was coming. I was greeted with a sweet smile and a friendly hello. The place was clean and looked like a home not a facility. The Veranda is a wonderful personal care home that I have had the privilege to work with on both a professional and personal basis. Compassionate, quality care is provided to all residents in a cozy home environment. The Veranda is by far my top recommended personal care home in this area.

I cant say enough what an outstanding home this is! The folks that provide care to the residents is top notch. Nice home atmosphere, very clean and great food. I highly recommend this home for your loved one that requires 24/7 care.
