There are some amazing people working there BUT the staff turnover is quick. I really feel the staff is great but maybe not the company they work for. Things can change quickly. My mom didn't like it. There's not enough outdoor time/activities outside of the facility. Especially during COVID, which is understandable.
Very professional and helpful staff. Attentive to people. I witnessed caring kindness and compassion.. What I experienced was not expected but it was a very eye opening experience. The personnel and staff should be commended.

It's clean. It's safe, which is important with memory care. One thing they lack is communication. You call the front desk and their voicemail is always full. But overall we had a smooth respite stay, including the move-in and move-out process.

The entire staff- caregivers, housekeepers, activity director, food preparation staff are all excellent and dedicated. I feel that they are all part of our extended family! I could not be happier now that my husband is a resident of the Village Memory Care!
