rip off The price is horrible for what you get. The pool always looks green and the work out room is dirty and broken. The assistant manager is not friendly. The Property Manager and her leasing professionals are great. I live upstairs and its a lot to pay plus you have to buy a covered parking spot or garage because there is no other parking available ever.
