Verified Renter I am always proud to have my friends and loved ones visit me at Pecan Grove because the complex is lovely and very well maintained. And, I feel secure in my environment.
Verified Renter We had a water leak in the master bathroom. Maintenance responded within 20 minutes from submitting an electronic request. Work was complete within 15 minutes.

Disappointing... Move-in was great with previous management, but like other reviews, experience quickly went down hill after change in management. We were excellent tenants and majority of our time was fine. Move-out experience was dreadful! We have never dealt with such poor communication and management ever. Best part is they couldn't care less about poor communication. For portraying such an upscale living environment, and getting treated so poorly as we did, We tell everyone we know to skip this place.
So disappointed We absolutely loved living here before! The staff was friendly and awesome. The experience was great. BUT NOT NOW! NEW MANAGEMENT has now ruined it! The staff are terrible and rude. No one is friendly anymore. They're increasing prices and speak to us very rudely. Can't wait to move out now!
