The villages are a wonderful place to live. We have been here almost 10 years and there is a reason for that. The office staff are very responsive, and the maintenance staff are there for every need. I personally have worked with Leslie Barnes and she is amazing. She always gets back to me quickly and resolves issues easily. The amenities are excellent and kept up so all can enjoy.
My family and I been living here for 3 years now and we absolutely love the community. The maintenance team does an excellent job keeping the community clean! It's very family oriented. The office staff are very nice and attentive. Shenna always goes out of her way to help us and you can really tell she truly cares. Overall, everyone from tenants to the staff are very pleasant and respectful.
Lesley was wonderful getting us ready to move in. She streamlined the entire process and found us the best deal! The entire complex is just beautiful and we're excited to have the amenities provided here: valet trash, walking trails to Bass Lake, the gorgeous pool and grill area, car care area, and more! We are happy to live here and be a part of this community, and especially thankful for the friendly and helpful office staff!
My husband and I absolutely love living in this community! It seems most residents have dogs which we think is fantastic as we are dog owners/lovers ourselves. The leasing office staff (especially Ewona) and maintenance staff are beyond terrific! They are very quick to respond to any concerns and are very friendly and always professional. We can’t say enough good things about our experience living here!
Thank you so very much for making this tour fun and exciting. Ms Ewona Harris answered all my questions and spoke to me with understanding. She was professional and yet made me feel at home and welcomed. She did not rush me as I looked around. It was raining the day I came and to my surprise she held open an umbrella for me, asked me if I needed something to drink and politely explained the process. She truly made me feel at ease.
