I had a really nice experience touring The Villas at King David. The facility was clean, welcoming, and had a warm, comfortable feel.[name removed], the Admissions and Marketing Director, was so friendly and helpful during the tour. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and their families. I really enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend checking out The Villas at King David!
I recently took a tour and was quite pleased with what I saw. I would definitely feel good and at ease with putting my mother at King David.
[name removed] was very thorough and completely answered every question we asked. I was also impressed that the one-bedroom suite has a living room area next to, but separate from, the bedroom.
Ive had a wonderful experience with The Villas in Beachwood, Ohio. The community is beautiful and welcoming. The staff are caring and professional. The atmosphere and attention given to creating a comfortable, safe environment is most appealing.
Room size is just right for our needs. It is clean. There is no odor upon entry. Nurse [Name Removed] is so sweet. Activities, [Name removed], is a doll, but I fell could be a bit more creative. Staff is efficient. I feel they could use one more aide. Memory care unit often does not have a staff member sitting with residents. I thought the residents were never to be left alone in the main area. Aides are very nice. But, I believe they need further training in trying to interact with residents, who often sit at tables alone. ... read more

I was there last week visiting my aunt and the young lady with the red hair at the front desk was so delightful. And my aunt loves her to death. You guys knew what you were doing hiring her. She is a keeper!!!!!!

I’m in love with the facility. There was nothing that I saw that I did not like also the staff is very kind and manageable and very professional. I spoke with the young lady with the pink hair. At the front desk and she was very helpful very knowledgeable of her job and I really appreciated her for guiding me in the right direction overall amazing facility.

The young lady at the front desk I believe her name is [name removed] was very nice and polite and so willing to help. Made my experience extremely pleasant. I definitely will recommend at least a tour of the facility when I know someone is considering a place like this.
