Love it here! I had such an incredible experience while visiting The Vineyard, management is absolutely amazing. Matt, the community manager was able to answer all of my questions and truly cares about the community. His leasing staff is very professional and knowledgeable about their community and the neighborhood. From living here for a few months I am absolutely in LOVE with this complex. Love this community We feel so lucky to have found The Vineyard. First of all the grounds here are beautiful and their was a ton of thought and consideration put into the amenities here. My pups love how open it feels and I don’t mind taking them for long walks while looking at the palm trees and beautiful pool. Our apartment layout is designed with function and beauty! Downhill after acquisition 6/14/2022 Haven't updated my review because of my fear of backlash from management but I'm so happy to be out of this place. This place is run by the most incompetent people in the industry. As mentioned before, this place was great until Avenue 5 came along and started hiring people with no people skills, responsibility, or common sense. Fridge issues were common, the gates were disastrous and broken for months, the front office never answers the phone, and the employees have no idea how to handle... read more
