The service was brilliant, and the team were able to help with finding an alternative solution to fix my watch. And quickly. I would use this service again.
Excellent, speedy, intelligent service by Coreletta (sorry if I've botched the spelling of your name, Ms C!). Granted, what turned out to be re-starting a long-stilled Debenhams-branded watch with just a new battery wasn't the most complicated of repairs. Very unhelpful and rude! I arrived at 5.30pm to have a new battery fitted in my watch. Carlita, who was serving, was cashing up the till at the time. When she'd finished that and came to serve me, upon hearing I'd like a new battery for my watch she told me she couldn't help as she was closing. When I told her that the business is advertised online as being open until 6pm she said it takes too long to fit a battery in a watch, as there are 4 screws, and she wouldn't be able to finish on time.
