Dr Mark and The Wellness Center PDX Does a great job in getting my spine right. Dr. Mark has given me multiple adjustments and provided me with posture saving techniques that have strengthened my back and helped me naturally correct the problem that I caused for myself. I sit during work for extended periods of time. I appreciate the patience and guidance from Dr. Mark. He is always suggesting new ways to do things. Thanks! I will be back!
