I live in Texas and just sold a house I owned in Catawba County NC. Williams Law Firm handled the closing. Even though plans changed at the last minute and I could not make it to NC to be at the closing, Williams scrambled to get all documents to me asap to be signed/notarized and overnited back to them in time to pull the closing off on time.
