Dont rent They are kicking out all residents by giving them the max raise and start charging for parking $50 per month(which was only 120 per year). They also start charging water which was included and which is included in all apartments. They technically try to kick out all existing residents and try to get more $$ for their lousy apartments. Terrible management dont let them take advantage of you! —I am a current resident and trying to rent a place before my lease ends otherwise I will have to pay 300-400 extra per month!... read more
