Yvette approached us at a time that we were just starting our Condo search. We frankly weren't sure we would qualify but we set up an appointment with her and walked out confident that we could get this done. Her staff was right on top of everything, even finding a lower home insurance quote when we submitted one that was much higher. In short, Inlanta Mortgage and Yvette Clermont were the perfect solution for us. She even showed up at the closing to make sure that everything was right.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. I also got a chance to meet Yvette, which I know normally wouldn't happen because I am in a different state, but it was a nice surprise! When going to sign on the house, the two ladies I met with, including Sam from Inlanta, were very fun and organized. Thank you for putting up with so much and still managing to follow through on everything that needed to happen although it wasn't the easiest of loans to work.
