Simply unbelievable. One day we were asking for a commitment letter the next thing we knew we were approved. Having had different experiences in NH with mortgages taking at least 60 days, when we didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks we became nervous that nothing was being done. After I reached out to Inlanta and was told everything was all set and the closing date was scheduled, my socks were blown off. Very impressed. Couldn't have asked for better service.
