Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. My son has face plates from an accident. He has trouble in the winter with his face getting too cold. I typed in my concern and you were the first to pop up with the warming face cream. It took me a total of 10 minutes to read about the product and order it. I will recommend your site but need to receive the product before truly deciding if I like it.
You should offer some kind of discount for this survey, since you're using it to increase your bottom line. Also, courtesy to your customers says that you should have to opt-in, not opt-out, for notifications.

The one thing that upset me was that I wanted to checkout quickly using Amazon. I shop a lot on Amazon but today your site was cheaper for the battery I wanted. So I tried to use my Amazon account. My login to Amazon was obviously accepted but trying to checkout using Amazon's information you said my Billing name was not listed. BUT there was no way to add it. No field well not until I checked out using may credit card. Not nice
Have been looking for hand warmers for my elderly dementia grandmother. The hand warmers are perfect and lavender helps!
