First time ordering from your store very impressed.
Bought a pair of these for my husband . We had ice under snow to shovel and it they worked great. Now I want a pair for everyone
Easy to use website. Rapid delivery. Product seems to be of good quality. The jury is still out though because the real test will be in the tree stand in single digit temps during the next hunting season. I purchased the gloves after the season ended so have not had an opportunity to put them to the test. A dry run test in my house seemed to indicate that these will be some very warm gloves.
Overall good. Although some pages do not show well on mobile screen.
I love your products but the sizing is off on the women's apparel items. I had to return 2 items and buy again in my size.

I ordered Oxford Heaterz Premium Cruiser - Heated Grips which show in-stock. They were not. I didn't find out they were out until I contacted them a week later. It took two weeks for my grips to arrive.
It was nice to have several payment options, including pay by Amazon
Website might need some help. It looked as if my item had more pictures but I couldn’t get to them. I would also liked for the size to be in the details of the item. It was a heated neck wrap that I purchased.
