The Warming Store was created in 2008 by two cousins who did not like the cold. Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. It was good
the check-out process was a pain in the ass with chrome, switched to internet explorer and the website search function wouldn't work. tried to pay via amazon and kept receiving error, eventually paid via my paypal account.
Awesome experience where chat representative provided much needed help.
Products delivered as promised, on time.
So far good experiences with this outfit but I have not tried the products yet - still winter up here.
Have chronic hand pain on both hands.. The gloves have the hot and cold option and the weight inside feels amazing on my hands
Great customer service
The site advertising free shipping which was incorrect. It should have stated only in US. This is in correct advertising. The $5 flat fee did not apply either.
