I did not at all understand that I would only receive ONE battery for my pair of gloves, which greatly increase cost, doubled shipping and delayed receipt to at least a full week of my ski trip! ACK!!!
I purchased heated gloves for my husband. I was able to apply a 10% discount coupon with an order total of $184. I thought free shipping should be a warranted on this priced item. I tried to apply a second coupon for free shipping but it would only accept one coupon.
