Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. The warming store had exactly what I was looking for and it was easy to find and buy.
Good search options on the site, lots of products/choices, decent prices, shipping costs were ok.
I lost the battery and thought that I could never use my "electric"coat again. I love it so much that I bought one for my sister. I will tell her how to get a replacement battery and how easy it was. I will be happy to shop at your store again and buy another relative one of these jackets!
Quick easy purchase
It was reasonably easy, but I was unfamiliar with the Web Site and it took me a while to find the battery I wanted. I had the most trouble with the code on checkout. The code was long and it disappeared several times when attempting to check out. I then called the number and tried to follow instructions. When I finished, filling out the forms, my phone contact was gone. I completed the transaction, but am unsure if I received the discount or not. we'll see.
I wanted clarification on an item and received the answers immediately. Nice job Warming Store!
The heated vest are fabulous, i was surprised we cannot stack coupons. Liz 10% off and free shipping.
