Absolutely wonderful. Every question was answered. Tom was available every day of the week, at any time!! I actually had to stop myself and make sure not to reach out late or on a Sunday. Tom answered every time, any time and quickly. Everyone involved was so kind and patient ( so very patent ). I can't stress enough how helpful everyone was. 5 stars, a rating of 10? Not high enough, this group exceeded our expectations. Tom, Kathy, Karen ( all )thank you so much.
