I highly enjoyed working with Tom for my first time buying a home. He is exceptional at letting you know exactly what is needed and very timely on his responses. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a house and have nothing but great things to say about him. If you want your home buying process to go smoothly, I would use Tom everytime!!

We so enjoyed working with Tom. He was so communicative and knowledgeable. Even when a snag in our deal not only did he find a solution he went above and beyond to make sure we were able to close. We would busywork with Tom again!

I had a great experience working with Tom at American Pacific Mortgage. He was easy to communicate with, very responsive, and took time to explain the process. Their online system made it easy to upload and keep track of documents as we went along. In addition, Tom worked hard to secure a great interest rate for me. Highly recommend!
