Tom was very helpful throughout the loan process. He addressed all of our questions and concerns quickly. Tom continues to help even after closing. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to him for a mortgage or refinance.

Tom Hales and his Team are WONDERFUL!!! As a first time home buyer, the mortgage process made me the most nervous. Tom and his Team walked us through the process step by step - from explaining loan options to offering a simple solution to submit and sign documents... I am appreciative of their effort to make everything as easy as possible and for the thoughtful and informative responses to all of our questions. I had a great experience working with Tom at American Pacific Mortgage. He was easy to communicate with, very responsive, and took time to explain the process.
