I rate zero. Not been happy at all. Never get a call back, they change lawyers whenever they see fit. I haven't been updated on my case since I don't know when. Severely lacking any respect for clients.
My Experience has not been the greatest. My insurance paid out in April and we are now in July and I have not received settlement. The only time I receive any follow ups or status is when I check in on my case. I strongly believe if I would not be checking in from time to time I would never have been notified of anything. I would not recommend or use this law firm again.
Still waiting for my settlement but with Ms Click now putting a deadline I'm hopefully of a good outcome.u
I was involved in a car accident on November 25 2014. I went to Thomas J. Henry as soon as I could. I signed a contract and was explained how much was going to be charged. I was given a piece of paper with a San Antonio chiropractors address and went to him for therapy, on that paper was a San Antonio's clinic hand written and was told to google the address to find it. I feel like people with private insurance that pay for their childrens medical care out of pocket, their settlements shouldn't go to a trust. They just charge more money to use this for bills. Very un fair for us private bill payors. I can see this happening for people that have the government pay their bills.
I am very disappointed. I did not receive a settlement anywhere near what I deserved and the limited scope of your medical protocol came shockingly close to being unethical. Not only do I regret having you represent me, I will never recommend you. Because of my experience with you, in my opinion, you are not the great attorneys you say you are. I rated you with one star not because you deserve it but because without it I could not submit.

It was horrible & I'd NEVER recommend your Law firm to Anyone EVER. Our attorney, Victoria Shum, would NEVER follow-up with us on where our case was, what she was doing, the "process" , etc. I had to leave messages, emails, to not hear back for days or weeks. the Managers in San Antonio AND i Corpus Christi weren't any better. The guy in Corpus didn't have a clue to what was going on with our cases. Just another BAD lawyer (shark) experience and I tell everyone I can NOT to use you & your firm. Thank you for taking my case,but I would have been better off using another lawyer. Your staff was slow and did nothing to help me. I think you are more interested in the big cases, not the little ones. I will never go back. If I ever happen to be in an accident or anything else that requires a lawyer.
