Thomas never gave up on this transaction and believed all along the HOA problems could be solved with a little extra time. He maintained a gracious attitude of we can do this in spite of all the frustrations the seller, buyer , seller's agent and yes me were having. Thomas and his team did an excellent job staying on top of the homeowners association, which initially did not meet the requirements to purchase the property or cover the total loss. The policy only provided coverage for repairs and not full replacement. After nearly 40 emails over two weeks, they were ultimately able to resolve the issue and secure the necessary outcome to protect my interests.
