I called Churchill a few years ago because I heard their ad on Dave Ramsey's show. Thomas Landen called me and after speaking about our situation I was not able to use Churchill's services at that time. Mr. Landen was courteous, helpful, and kept in touch with us. We were finally able to refinance, and after looking into a few other companies, we decided to use Churchill because of Mr. Landen. He was never pushy and never dismissed us - just helpful and kind.
