RecommendedI have always used Thomasville Ford for repairs and maintenance on my Ford. The staff is consistently on top of potential problems with my 2012 SUV, and I'm grateful for it. Also want to give a shout out to salesman Kevin, who after being prodded by receptionist Heather, got in his car and bought 2 doz. donuts for customers who were waiting for car repairs.

RecommendedI am pleased with the service I receive. I’m greeted with a smile each time I’m there. Carl keeps me informed of the progress on my vehicle and let’s me know the cost as well. They take me to work in the morning and pick me up at the end of the day. Perfect for me.
We had a rattle in our 2017 MKC (dash) turns out it was in the mirror, but they found it. Very satisfied with the service and staff
