RecommendedHad an oil change done today on my 2015 F250 all the other dealers within 40 miles were stacked up with oil changes and told me it would be a decent wait( I completely understand that) gave this dealer a call and they got me in in 30 minutes and took great care of me! Service department was extremely polite! Next time I’m rolling through and I need an oil change this will be the only place I go! Thanks again!

RecommendedI have always used Thomasville Ford for repairs and maintenance on my Ford. The staff is consistently on top of potential problems with my 2012 SUV, and I'm grateful for it. Also want to give a shout out to salesman Kevin, who after being prodded by receptionist Heather, got in his car and bought 2 doz. donuts for customers who were waiting for car repairs.

We had a rattle in our 2017 MKC (dash) turns out it was in the mirror, but they found it. Very satisfied with the service and staff
