0 Star : My Experience I honestly believe that there should be a non-bias approach to repairing vehicles that aren't owned by the insurances companies you all receive contacts for. I don't believe that I was treated fairly when it came to the adjuster at Thompson to agree that the damages to my vehicle had been the result of the negligent driver, I not once heard the adjuster say my car was placed on the lift to do a tharrow investigation of all possible damages not seen by the naked eye. I am completely dissatisfied because I just discovered clear coat over spray across my entire windshield that I cannot remove. I came in on Saturday and missed the Body Shop staff. I need to bring my truck into the shop to have this corrected. 5 Star : Customer Service As long as the over spray issue is resolved quickly and completely... this is a brand new Jeep! 0.5 Star : Returned Clean
