I would have given a 5 star before my experience this year. I spend 500$+ here every year. Last season I bought 3 trees, one wasn't doing well last fall. I came in to talk to the staff about the issue and they told me "wait until spring and if leaves do not grow on the bottom branches, dig it up and bring it in." Today I followed their directions and once I arrived, the unprofessional manager said he wouldn't replace it and walked away from me. He wouldn't listen and just kept repeating himself.
