I have been living here since April 2022 and I've had the WORST experience. I would not recommend moving to these apartments. I've experienced bugs, roaches, spiders, and several water leaks. I asked to transfer to another unit because all of my items were damaged from the leak and I was told by Amy that my rent would increase if I transferred apartments. I should not be accountable for something that I didn't cause. The leasing agents are not professional or resourceful. I will not renew my lease.
Made an appointment for an apartment viewing which the staff confirmed I was in their system but then advised they were booked for the day after I showed up on time. And not apologetic at all. Not a great first impression. If you don't want to do in person viewing, then let people know ahead of time,
0 rating. This is the most disgusting place I have ever lived in the state of NC. They have flooding in the apartments, Mold growth and cock roaches the size of mice. It's what nightmares are made of. I was watching TV at 2am and all of a sudden a big cockroach was crawling on me. I could NOT sleep for 3 dang days. Due to the water behind the walls, all my clothes were molded. I began getting sick 4 months after I moved here. The skin rashes, abdominal issues and itching is because of the mold. Have lived here for going on month 12 and let me tell you ALL. Turn around and find somewhere else to live ASAP. Let's start with the amount of times I have had to call maintenance to fix a problem (TONS OF THEM). For example, apartment flooded, dishwasher broken, heating unit broken in the middle of winter and took 5 days to fix, the walls have water marks everywhere & MOLD. We moved from different state and rented here for 6 months. I could not wait to get out of there fast enough. The cockroaches are as big as a thumb and are present year round. I was told by the exterminator that is normal to have them in this state , which was a big lie. I now own a house and did not see any of them. Their treatment did nothing I had to buy personal sprays and treatment but unsuccessful. Gross when you see the running on your counter tops and jump on you from the sealing at night. This review is to share an experience so you can have something to think about prior to moving into this community. Keep in mind that despite what it looks like on the outside, it's old and a lot of the apartments haven't been upgraded or are as advertised. Somehow, a pipe busted a few nights ago and water fell into our bathroom wherever it could come in and along two bedroom walls.
