I DO NOT recommend at all! Within the same year of purchasing the vehicle Ive put 4000 miles on it since purchasing. First issue, put the wrong oil filter on my car. They put a tiny Chevy filter on a Chrysler Hemi product! Second, never changed the original manufacturer transmission filter (it has the date on it) and probably never even checked it. This is the dirtiest place to ever do business, any Thornhill. Period. Never again, thanks for all the great help in purchasing my very first ever car 👎🏼 No stars out of 5
Although their sales team is very nice, and will work with you on getting you in a vehicle, I have had nothing but trouble out of my 2016 Kia Optima, since the second day I have had the car (February 19,2021) my breaks have squeaked, my husband took the car to get it looked at, he sat there ALL DAY and missed a whole day of work, they changed the back breaks (which they weren't even squeaking) well that lasted about a day, started squeaking AGAIN , 10 times worse than ever before, we took it back, dropped it off. went that... read more

I’ve had my Ford Escape in their service Dept 4 different times at which they kept it for a week at a time over the past 2 months for popping sounds in the steering wheel, grey smoke from exhaust when started, squeaking sound in rear, not starting in alignment and going through tires like crazy & recalls that had to be done. 1st time in cost me $3000 and every problem above still existed plus more problems started 😡 Took it back within 2 days and they still couldn’t find the problems and I was told recall where done and com... read more
They only work with people they want to. Tried 3 separate occasions. Got the run around and never worked with me.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They are very dishonest and they will take advantage of the consumer. I can't believe they have got away with all of the lies that they have told consumers!!!
