Purchased a new jeep. Respectful. Patient. Kind. All over good experience
Very disappointing experience. We were told a particular car being advertised online was 'flawless', and when we asked for pictures of any defects, dings or scratches, were told that they couldn't find any...and yet after we drove 6 hours to pick it up, we immediately spotted two clear dents in the passenger door from 20 feet away. In addition, there were multiple scratches and chips on the rear quarter panel, and scratches on one wheel. Good service. The problem came on the way home when a warning light started coming on but going off when the car was parked. Turns out the hood was not shut properly. Once I realized going down the road that it was not closed and closed it light went off and never came back on.
