I was having a hard time loosing some weight. Dieting just didn't work for me. So I decided to give this method a try. I am glad I did.I have lost quite a few pounds in just a month. I have noticed a big difference in the amount of what I eat is less and yet I feel satisfied. I notice that I also do not gorge on junk foods like I used to. I have had a couple sessions with Rose and have to say my anxiety and racing thoughts have diminished tremendously. I plan on continuing for a few more sessions and moving on to help with weight loss and other issues.

I've been working with Rose for nearly a decade, and can't put into words the positive impact this has had on my life...in so many ways. I've broken patterns, worked through issues, and have become a more healthy and conscious individual. Her ability to heal through hypnosis, and mediation is truly amazing. This method that Rose uses is so powerfully effective at getting to the root of the issue and eliminating the self-sabotaging behaviors that limit our progress toward our goals. It's amazing and transformative. Totally worth it!!
