This place SUCKS. They made me fill out my paperwork outside and they had no idea why I was dropping him off. When they called me to tell me the procedure would be $250 for a dew nail removal, I told them no, I don't want to do that, I'll come back and pick him up. When I went to pick him up they charged me $50 for an "exam" that I didnt ask for. They couldn't have had my dog for more than 10 minutes. Total BS. During a pandemic you'd think they'd be a little more thoughtful. I get it's a business but don't go here. ... read more

I have taken my cat there for years, after I got my dog I took her there too. I will never take any animal there again. I lost my dog last, and they were so rude, she had been sick a week, I called them twice in that time after taking her in and getting antibiotics and they never seemed concerned, and when I told them she had died they didn’t seem surprised and I didn’t even get an I’m sorry or sorry for your loss. All I got was rudeness and attitude.

I never make bad reviews because Im not a negative person. my family and I have been going here for a couple years. Two weeks ago my lab had been having tummy problems, puking etc. Im a teacher and couldn't bring him in so I asked my very responsible teen daughters to do it for us. when there the lady "helping" them treated my daughters horrible. Not only were they treated rude, but the Dr said he was "sensitive "when his tummy was touched. They could do blood work and ultrasounds for 900$ plus another 200$ for tests. 😳 My ... read more

Business response:

I usually don’t respond to these types of reviews, but I took a look at the doctors notes and read that the veterinarian didn’t note any abdominal distention , however, Ruger’s abdomen was tense and the Doctor couldn’t palpate the abdomen properly. X-rays or ultrasound were recommended to better evaluate the abdomen. They were declined by the daughter of the client. Apparently, when Ruger went to another vet the Doctor was able to palpate the abdomen leading to the discovery of a mass so Ruger was not as tense as he was when... read more

last October I brought my dog Harley into pet companion for a check up and his shots. I asked them to do a full blood panel on him as his breed is know for developing diabetes. We went south and in late November Harley got sick. I took him to the vet where we were at and he after he checked him he told me my Harley had diabetes and if I hadn't brought him in he would have died. I called Pet companion and asked them what the results of his blood tests were and they told me that his thyroid was fine. I asked them about th... read more

Recently, I took my 8 year old dog in because she was coughing. I thought it was because of the smoke from the Eagle Creek fires, she has a history of allergies and her eyes were a bit runny as well. I took her to Dr Z, hoping to find relief for her cough. Xrays, bloodwork and $600.00 later I am given a pamphlet on megaesophagus, some antibiotics and some obscure comment about feeding my dog meatballs from an elevated position. None of this made sense until I read the pamphlet. After reading it, I thought, no, that is not at... read more

The surgeon. Very rude. Does not no how to keep his mouth shut. Ask for owner to call me back. No response. Received a call from the same guy. Still could not keep his mouth shut to listen. Told me they would be doing no more business with me. He stated to me that no homeless person or low income people should not have animals if they could not pay for there upkeep. Tell that to people who has lost everything. He made it clear. His light bill comes first. He showed no compassion for pets what so ever. He took the ti... read more
