If you are looking for responsive and compassionate assistance please look elsewhere. Their current business model does not have the staffing to be present for someone who is actively passing. They have difficulty communicating with facility staff and families in emergent situations.
The team at Three Oaks Hospice was a true lifeline for my Mother-in-law and us. There were some challenges as this process is in constant flux but their team kept us informed and stood with us during every change and step throughout. We were able to provide proper care, compassion and dignity to my MIL and could not have done it with out this team of rock stars at Three Oaks Hospice! Thank you all & God Bless! ❤️😘
The communication from this place on my mothers care was non exisistent. Appearntly they felt my Mother didn't qualify for services but didn't relay that message. Just left us hanging for 2 weeks. I placed numerous calls and was getting the run around. When my Mother fell and I called to let them know, no one came out to check on her. She was under their care at the time. Three Oaks hospice is the Best !!! They are caring, thorough, and a wonderful addition to the care of my sweet Mom. The personalities of everyone one that I have worked with or spoken to, are always very pleasant , and comforting. I have already recommended them, and will continue to do so. The best decision I have made in a while.
I can not say enough about the care and love they shared with my mom as she spent her last few days with us. Every single employee that spent time with her was a great resource, and some of them went above and beyond to make sure she, and we, were well cared for.
