We had very good LVN care and communication (Stuart McCauley). Office staff including chaplain, social worker and hospice aid were pleasant to work with. Poor note keeping and family communication with respect to weekly visits. Disappointed not to have any communication from bereavement since the patient passed away.
Good staff and providers
Always willing to stop and correct any issues we have had. Couldn’t ask for better service!!!
