Overall, I find the service acceptable. My only complaint would be that sometimes they don’t pay attention to the amount of incontinence items that are mailed, and I have to sometimes ask them to pause so we don’t have a lot of excess stuff in his room. The only other thing is that sometimes when I ask either the nurse or well it’s usually when I ask the nurse to track down some information or find out some information for me. Three Oaks Hospice was a blessing in our time of need. From the minute I was contacted by Isaac to go over the services offered to my mother's passing we were treated with the utmost respect, compassion and empathy. We have been using Three Oaks Hospice for close to a year now. It started out with my brother-in-law and now continues with my sister. Lourdes Cepero is a CNA Hospice Aide who is AMAZING at her job. She is SO caring, kind and professional. My sister lights up when she sees Lourdes. She feels like Lourdes is family. We all feel the same way. Terri is so comfortable and at ease with Lourdes. Very happy with everyone from Three oaks that comes to help my mom. Twiana is awesome, gets mom up showered and dressed and waits till she eats her breakfast if not for her mom wouldn’t eat!
