I'm really not sure where the 5 star reviews generate from for Three Oaks, because this place is the worst. From making deliveries a day too early (we just happened to arrive home right before), to the initial intake nurse not listening (as a result the wrong dose of morphine was on the order) to our assigned nurse being basically non responsive with texting or phoning. The experience was an entire mess. In fact, the day before I had to transfer my Mom to inpatient hospice, the nurse was supposed to order supplies and meds.... read more
