I want to thank Three Oaks Hospice for providing great care and compassion to my mother-in-law. Nurse Ashley and Pastor Jim were great in communicating with me during the time they cared for her. I thank Fae, and Sheldon for expediting her care plan and for the entire team, including CNA's in making her as comfortable as possible. I know that this extended her time with me and I am forever grateful. ❤️
Gretchen is excellent she is very caring and it shows with my brother. That's why I gave 4 stars. Keisha the nurse was very good but left, Veronica the Chaplain was good but she left. The rest is all talk no action.
I like to recognize Pastor Jim and Rn Ashley for checking on my dad numerous times at a facility while my mother was on respite. They knew of my concerns for nursing homes and they kept me informed. I also like to thank CNA Elizabeth for her continued dedication when my dad is home and the office staff for keeping things running well with Three Oaks Hospice. I could not ask for a better hospice service than Three Oaks. Their nurses are friendly, caring, detail-oriented, and communicative. I sleep better knowing that my mom is in good hands.
