Love this hospice company and everything they have done for my facility and it’s residents. Obie is one of many great people that I have had the pleasure of working with. He and the company has always been there for us supporting us all hours of day. Hospice can be a very difficult time for family and patients, Three Oaks has been a company that helps take off some of that burden.
Our hospice nurse (Nicole) was very responsive and we appreciate the comfort provided to our Mom in her final weeks. However, their doctor did not sign the death certificate until 16 days after Mom's death. We had planned cremation. If you research it, you'll find that cremation can not occur without the signed death certificate. That means my Mom's body lay in cold storage for 16 days. Three Oaks Hospice is an excellent hospice company that provides great care physically, emotionally and spiritually. How do I know? I work there. I work with the finest nurses, cnas, social workers, chaplains, office staff and community liaisons ever. I’ve worked in the hospice industry for 18 years. I have never reviewed a company that I’ve worked for, but I felt like now was the time. Three Oaks Hospice is my only choice to care for the people I love. And I am proud to serve humanity with this company.
