Three Stones did our roof. Before they tried, my insurance, Liberty Mutual, had turned us down twice! This time, with Three Stones’ Trey Bonds handling the account, they finally came through. Liberty at first offered a partial job, but Trey went back again got them to cover the whole roof. And the work crew they sent here were impressive, very efficient and cleaned up perfectly when done. Three Stone was new to us but had done a few roofs in our neighborhood, so we were cautious. They have turned out to be outstanding. They completed the job in one day and were very careful of our house and surroundings. They even touched up some paint and power washed our concrete afterwards. If I ever need roofing work done, they are the only ones in Middle Tennessee we would use.

Ryan and his team were terrific! Navigating a roof replacement, especially with all the insurance challenges, is no joke. Ryan was a huge help in working with my insurance company to make sure the entire roof was covered – trust me, that was no small feat! Once that was all sorted, he and his team really outdid themselves with an unbelievable job! Three Stone Roofing made the insurance process as simple and easy as possible. Their sales rep walked me through everything from the insurance process, to the build of the roof. The COO came out and personally insured the quality of the build and immediately addresses all the concerns I had. I would highly recommend Three stone roofing.

I would highly recommend three stone roofing. They made the process of getting the roof replaced as painless and easy as possible. The high level of professionalism from the in house crew and sales staff made this a truly fun experience. They are also fully licensed, insured and backed by GAF themselves so if anything where to go wrong I have peace of mind knowing it would be taken care of. 😊

Had an excellent experience after another company dropped the ball and decided to stop trying to work with our insurance company. Ryan quickly stepped in and worked with our insurance to get our roof taken care of and the new roof is exceptional. Couldn’t be more pleased!
