DBT therapy. Knowledgeable and helpful.
I see my therapist out of Austin. I’ve been with for a year. Its been a positive experience for me. She’s very compassionate and understanding especially since I have children and there’s been times when I had to reschedule my sessions. I’ve made so much progress. I am glad I have finally found someone who can help me on my healing journey.

Started with my incredible new therapist in January and I truly love her! After jumping from therapist to therapist trying to find a good fit, now I finally found a great fit! I feel heard and understood, I feel like when we talk, I'm talking to a best friend!
There's other place in Columbia than ThriveWorks! They give uou the Thrive to work and it works! I have been a patient there for 6 years and counting! They are very professional at what they do and if one of the therapist there doesn't make you "Thrive" let them know and they will put you with someone until you find the Thrive that works for you! Without Thriveworks I probably wouldn't be here to tell you of this!
It has been easy to schedule, they take my insurance and my clinician is helping me do great things!
I recommend Erin Rectanus if you are looking for a counselor. She is extremely kind and thoughtful. As a professional, I know she cares greatly for her clients' well-being and she has an unrelenting faith in people. I think Erin is one of the best!
