Today went 4-17-2023,for a possible root canal. The staff at front desk were all professionals,friendly n kind. All with a smile. I saw Dr Tanu Prakash, very professional and caring. Dr. Prakash, explained in details my issues of my tooth and showed me x-rays and procedure needed to be done on my tooth and made sure all of my concerns were addressed and questions were answered to my understanding and satisfaction. Let me start out by saying I fear dentists, very badly. I avoid dentists at all costs. I went to this lovely practice today, very nervous after being told by urgent clinic I might have a dental infection going on… from the first person I encountered there at front desk, to the very last, were the nicest, friendliest, warmest, most caring people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in a dr’s office before.
