It was our first time, staff was great . We asked our waiter a few questions and he was on point about everything he said. We will go again.
The food was amazing and the gator bites didn't disappoint. Jimmy was a great server; very attentive.

I attempted to use my 40 credit from Open Table and I was inforeed by the manger on duty that Tibby's does not accept it. She then instructed me to create another reservation using which clearly showed my 40 voucher and then told me to cancel it. In doing so, my voucher has disappeared and I have not heard back from Open Table support after creating a ticket. If the restaurant does not support the program, why are they listed in the APP? Very disappointed in both Tibby's and Open Table.

I go there frequently. I have reserved two large parties in the last 6 months love the food, atmosphere and service. Today, we had 7 people and the service was not what we expected. The server seemed annoyed with certain request and made it clear that she was aggravated with my friend moving seats at the beginning before her drink arrived. This continued to be mention during the checkout.

Asked to speak to manager, and waited 15 minutes and manager never came. We said we were leaving, and the manager still didn't come due to an issue with food.

Went with an Opentable reservation and they said that because it was Mardi Gras they weren’t supposed to have any reservations. Not sure how that was my fault nor how I would know that prior. I made the reservation about a month ago. So they made us wait for a table and I said okay fine. The food was not great , gumbo was served cold , sweet potato fries was refried and soggy with oil . Catfish had way too much batter . Chicken with waffles was awful Pecan Waffles were good .
